Faust LLC is a family-owned company with more than 30 years of experience in producing straw-fired-boilers and biofuel-boilers. The company started with the agriculture sector as the primary segment and were first movers on firing big bales which today has the same coefficient of utilization as a fully automatic straw-fired-boiler. Through a continuous and controlled development Faust has gained a powerful position in this market and now deliver in both Denmark, Norway, Sweden and England.<\/p>\n
Faust is very focused on counselling and both simple and secure operation. All products by Faust are first based on an extensive analysis of the customer’s needs and future options for installation, the boilers are then produced fit for purpose. To achieve the optimal security for the installation, it is always a Faust engineer that connects the plant. The plant is generally ready for operation within four to five hours after delivery.<\/p>\n
Throughout the years Faust has experienced an increasing demand for biofuel plants from both the agriculture as the industry sector. They have noticed the great advantages with biofuel – economically and environmentally. We at Faust saw the need right from the beginning and we are ready to deliver biofuel plants of the absolute best quality. We operate under the DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas<\/strong>) to fulfil the requirements\/standards of the European pressure equipment directive (PED)<\/p>\n As something new, Faust has started to produce pressure tanks. These require additional safety procedures and therefore every plant is tested and certified by the Danish Working Environment Authority.<\/p>\n Faust believes in quality rather than cheap solutions and that concept has lasted over 30 years. Siden 1978, hvor Faust byggede verdens f\u00f8rste manuelt fyrede rundballekedel, har hovedproduktionen v\u00e6ret biomassefyrede kedler. Kaj Hansen var med til at starte Faust i 1976 og i 1995 k\u00f8ber s\u00f8nnen Stig Bj\u00f8rn Hansen sig ind i firmaet, og dermed var anden generation p\u00e5 vej. Fra 1995 til i dag har Faust form\u00e5et, gennem konstant udvikling, at fastholde positionen som markedsledende indenfor manuelt fyrede halmfyr. I 2001 kommer Stig Bj\u00f8rn Hansens broder Lars Bj\u00f8rn Hansen ind i firmaet som medejer og adm. direkt\u00f8r. I 2007 overtager de to br\u00f8dre resten af firmaet efter deres far, og generationsskiftet er der med tilendebragt.<\/p>\n De f\u00f8rste automatiske Faust anl\u00e6g blev bygget i 1995 og var frem til 2004 en sekund\u00e6r produktlinie i Faust\u2019s produktprogram. I 2004 beslutter Faust at intensivere udviklingen af de automatiske biomassekedler med tilh\u00f8rende br\u00e6ndselsh\u00e5ndteringssystemer.<\/p>\n Bio-Flow II linien med kedler fra 200 til 1000 kW og tilh\u00f8rende br\u00e6ndselsh\u00e5ndteringssystemer bliver for f\u00f8rste gang lanceret i 2008. Sammen med Bio-Flow II linien med automatiske biomasse forbr\u00e6ndingsanl\u00e6g udvikler Faust i samarbejde med et elektonikudviklings- og produktionsfirma Mechatronic Brick en styring, der ikke blot kan styre de automatiske, men ogs\u00e5 de manuelle anl\u00e6g, ligesom den giver mulighed for at Faust og kunderne kan f\u00f8lge kedlernes performance via internettet (Cloud technology). Denne teknologi g\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 muligt at tilbyde en del af servicen via internettet, ligesom den kan sende kunden specifikt udvalgte servicemeddelelser.<\/p>\n I 2011 bygger Faust den f\u00f8rste automatiske halmkedel med opriver og traverskran til at hente halmballerne.
